The success of a new university depends on a number of factors, including its ability to have good infrastructure, at a well-connected location, industry support and above all having the resources to recruit the best faculty, staff, and students.
It is also important for the university to secure adequate funding and resources, and to maintain strong relationships with the surrounding community. Universities can offer grants and scholarships to attract students, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds.
They can also offer special research fellowships or internships to encourage creative thinking and collaboration. It is also important to provide students with access to resources such as libraries, laboratories, and technology.
